The Wienerstube story begins in Villach Austria where it's founders Gerhard and Helmut spent their childhood before arriving in Aspen and began the "Stube" tradition in 1964. Throughout the restaurants 40 + years history, they have strived to offer food that is simply delicious and offers a destinctive Austrian flair in our characteristically Austrian dining room.
Our goal is to continue the tradition of great authentic Austrian Cuisine in Aspen and hope you enjoy the atmosphere, the service and the food in our Wienerstube, an Aspen Landmark.
