The French star revealed he will not continue playing for Atlético after this weekend, but his potential landing spots have narrowed down.

If Antoine Griezmann wanted to keep his options open when it comes to deciding his future, two coaches have ruled out any intention to sign him.

With the striker's announcement regarding his desire to leave Atlético, several reports came up about teams interested in his services. Today, PSG coach Thomas Tuchel and Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola named the footballer in their respective press conferences, and we have to say that it's not good news for the Frenchman.

Both coaches came up to state that neither one of them was interested in his signing, and while Tuchel was a bit more political with his answer, Guardiola did drop a hint on where he will end up playing.

PSG's German boss admitted that the idea of having Griezmann around is tempting, but his team currently needs to focus on boosting other areas.

"Griezmann can play for all the teams in the world, but for us he is not a real possibility. We have other priorities, and we need to strengthen our defense. We are looking to build a team and we are searching for players that fit a certain profile," Tuchel said.

Later, Pep Guardiola literally denied all the rumors linking the Frenchman to Manchester City, adding a cheeky reply that hints where he will play next year.

"For all the people in Barcelona, don't worry. We are not going to pursue Griezmann's signing. Manchester City can't afford such a move right now," Guardiola stated.

Sources in Spain had previously stated that Griezmann's deal was signed before he announced his decision to Atlético, but recent reports by Spanish newspaper Marca state that the player's legal team will travel to Barcelona to seal the deal this weekend.
