What a start!

The epic Manchester City vs Chelsea clash lived up to the hype with the drama unfolding right from the onset. It was Raheem Sterling who ensured that the Citizens hit the ground running. A perfect low cross from the right flank from Bernardo Silva was smashed home by the Englishman inside the fourth minute.

A few moments later Sergio Aguero had the opportunity to double his side's lead under 10 minutes but ended up making a mess of the chance. Right in front of an open goal, the Argentine sent an easy tap-in just wide of the post. Watch the two incidents below (geo-restriction may apply):

Aguero then grabbed a brace in the 19th-minute following an error in the penalty area by Ross Barkley before Illkay Gundogan smashed in Manchester City's fourth in the 25th minute. Watch the goals below:

Sergio Aguero's brace before the half time meant that he has now scored 159 league goals for Manchester City, surpassing Eric Book and Tommy Johnson to become the club's all-time top league scorer.
