Once again, Sergio Aguero could not be kept on a leash for long as the Argentine international proved to be lethal from the very onset of Manchester City's clash with Arsenal on Sunday. For the second game running, the 30-year-old striker found his way onto the scoresheet before the one-minute mark.
In the dread encounter against the Gunners, Aguero dived in to head home a low-cross from Aymeric Laporte from the left flank after Iwobi mistakenly lost possession of the ball. The City forward, as a result, took his goal tally for this season to 18.

Interestingly, the Argentine's strike came after 48 seconds, approximately twice the amount of time he used to score in the previous 2-1 defeat to Newcastle United. Momentarily, he bears the record of the two fastest goals score in the Premier League this season.
Nonetheless, the euphoria inside the Etihad was halted momentarily with Arsenal leveling the scoreline 10 minutes later through Laurent Koscielny. With just a minute to half-time, Aguero popped up once again to restore City's lead.
The first half brace meant that Sergio Aguero had scored seven Premier League goals against Arsenal - the most managed by any player in the fixture. He subsequently took the tally to eight after sealing his hat-trick with a controversial goal as the ball appeared to have struck his hand before going over Arsenal's goal line.
At the moment, Adebayor, Ljungberg, Henry and Theo Walcott trail the Manchester City star as the other players with the most goals in the fixture. All the four players have scored five goals apiece.
2 - Sergio Aguero has scored both of the two quickest goals in the 2018-19 Premier League in Manchester City's last two league games (24 seconds v Newcastle, 46 seconds v Arsenal). Rapid. #MCIARS
