Champions League Draw: Inter Milan to face which big team between Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester United?As an unseeded team, the Italian champions could meet either Schalke 04, Manchester United, FC Barcelona, Chelsea, Real Madrid or Shakhtar Donetsk. Inter Milan won’t clash Tottenham Hotspur for sure, as both teams were drawn together in the group stages of the Champions League.

A draw against Barcelona will be extremely crunch with the Catalans having fresh memories of last season’s semi-final defeat to Internazionale. The big questions will be:

Another interesting Champions League draw would be between Inter Milan and Manchester United. Two seasons ago, the Nerazzurri failed to beat the Red Devils in the Last 16 of the competition which Man United eventually won. Such a meeting could see Rafael Benitez help Inter Milan take revenge on the English club as the Spaniard would be renewing his rivalry against the great Alex Ferguson.

Now what about clashing against Chelsea? Ex-Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez doesn’t have a bad record against the Blues. Chelsea lost to Inter Milan in the Last 16 of the Champions League last season and it will just need a repeat of history for the Nerazzurri to reach the Last 8 should both teams meet again at the same stage of the tournament.

But besides Barcelona, Manchester United and Chelsea, Real Madrid is also a side that Inter Milan would prefer to avoid. Although the Italians could benefit from Los Blancos’ Last 16 curse in the Champions League, Internazionale fans wouldn’t like to see their team playing against the “Special One”, Jose Mourinho.
